About This Access Site
South Watuppa Pond's public boat ramp is located at Dave's Beach, accessible from the end of Jefferson Street near the former Bleachery in Fall River. To reach the site, take the Brayton Avenue exit from Route 24 (just south of its intersection with Route 195) and follow signs to the ramp. This city-managed facility provides convenient launch access to the pond.

Be aware that public access to South Watuppa Pond is limited, as much of the shoreline is surrounded by private residences. The pond is popular with anglers and offers calm water conditions suitable for kayaking and canoeing. The pond is fed by springs and connects to Sucker Brook, making it a good option for flatwater paddling. Before visiting, contact Fall River Parks & Recreation for current information on ramp conditions, parking availability, and any access restrictions.
