Spring Creek Boat Ramp offers free public access to Bull Shoals Lake in the scenic Ozark Mountains near Isabella, Missouri. To reach the ramp from Theodosia, take Highway 160 east, then Route HH south approximately 4.2 miles to the park entrance.
