Stoney Point is a one-lane concrete boat ramp located in the northwest corner of Robert S. Kerr Reservoir near Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The ramp is situated off N 4520 Road on the north shore and includes gravel parking and a dock. This access point is part of the Sandtown Bottom Unit, which provides convenient entry to this scenic section of the Arkansas River Navigation System.

Robert S. Kerr Reservoir offers calm, broad waters ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating. The reservoir extends approximately 7 miles upstream from the Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam, creating a stable pool environment with excellent depth for various watercraft. The area is popular for fishing—the lake supports record-sized crappie, sand bass, catfish, and black bass.
