Storrie Lake State Park offers a well-maintained concrete boat ramp near Las Vegas, New Mexico, with two launching lanes (36 feet wide × 260 feet long) located adjacent to the North Side Campground. The ramp accommodates fair boating conditions with water levels ranging from 6,575 feet down to 6,561 feet elevation. This makes it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats looking to access the reservoir for day trips or longer paddling adventures.
The park provides excellent amenities for paddlers and boaters, including 10 full-service campsites with electric hookups, picnic tables, fire rings, and RV pull-through sites with utility hookups. Additional facilities include a visitor center, showers, restrooms, dump stations, and group shelters.
