About This Access Site
Stoutsville Recreation Area provides access to Mark Twain Lake, a scenic reservoir offering excellent paddling opportunities for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters. The ramp is conveniently located off Route U, approximately half a mile west of the Highway 107 junction. Note that this particular access point does not have a lighted parking lot, so plan your visits during daylight hours. A picnic area and vault toilet are available on-site for visitor convenience.
