About This Access Site
The Strawberry Bay Recreation Complex offers excellent boating and paddling access to Strawberry Reservoir. The campground provides a convenient boat ramp and beach area, located just a quarter-mile from the Strawberry Marina. This full-service marina offers boat rentals, fuel, and supplies for anglers.

Strawberry Reservoir is a popular destination for trout, kokanee salmon, and other game fish. The lake provides ample opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and motorized boating. Motorized access is limited to designated public roads, so paddlers are encouraged to use the developed boat ramp facilities at Strawberry Bay.

In addition to the Strawberry Bay boat ramp, there are four other public launch sites around the reservoir, including Renegade, Soldier Creek Marina, and Aspen. All of these access points have associated campgrounds and amenities. Boaters and paddlers should be aware of wind and weather conditions, as Strawberry Reservoir can experience strong gusts.
