About This Access Site
Sunrise Cove Marina provides a convenient boat ramp access point to explore the scenic Chattahoochee River and the vast waters of Lake Lanier. This private marina is open to all members, offering a place to launch kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats of all sizes.

The boat ramp is situated on the east side of Lake Lanier, one of Georgia's premier recreational lakes. Lake Lanier covers over 38,000 acres and features over 700 miles of shoreline, providing endless opportunities for paddling, fishing, and boating. The Chattahoochee River flows into the lake, offering paddlers a chance to experience the river's calm, meandering character before reaching the expansive open waters of the reservoir.

Sunrise Cove Marina's facilities include a ship store, clubhouse, bathhouse, and laundry, catering to the needs of both short-term visitors and long-term slip renters. Paddlers and small boaters will find this a welcoming access point to enjoy the natural beauty of the Chattahoochee River watershed.
