Located in Pickens County, this boat ramp provides access to 67-acre Lake Oolenoy, a scenic impoundment on Carrick Creek in South Carolina's Piedmont region. The ramp is situated on the opposite side of Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway (Highway 11) from the main Table Rock State Park entrance—look for Sah Ka Na Ga View Road to find the access point. This is a straightforward launch facility ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and small boat operators.
**Important**: Gas motors are prohibited on Lake Oolenoy. Only electric trolling motors and human-powered craft (paddling) are permitted. The lake is well-suited for recreational paddling, fishing, and sightseeing. A fishing pier accessible to people with disabilities is also available at the site. If you prefer rental equipment, the park offers canoe and kayak rentals at Lake Pinnacle, making this a good option for those without their own boats.
