Tabor Access

Tabor Access is a public boat ramp located on Lake Hartwell near Westminster in Oconee County, South Carolina. The facility features a 2-lane paved boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. This access point provides entry to both Lake Hartwell and the Tugaloo River, offering paddlers and boaters flexibility to explore either the lake's calmer waters or the river system.

**Important**: A daily or annual ParkPass is required for all vehicles using this U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility. The site is located southwest of Anderson, off County Road 741. Boaters should note that Lake Hartwell allows private boats without horsepower restrictions. This is a straightforward public launch with paved infrastructure, making it accessible for various watercraft types, from recreational kayaks to larger motorized vessels.
