Take Out

This is a take-out access point on the Buffalo River in Gilbert, Searcy County, Arkansas. The Buffalo River is a popular whitewater paddling destination in the Ozarks, and this take-out serves boaters completing river trips in this section. Take-out locations are critical for safely exiting the water after paddling, particularly important on whitewater sections where you cannot simply stop anywhere along the bank.
