**Location & Access:** Terrace View Marina is located in Spring City, Tennessee on Watts Bar Lake at River marker 562.5. Water access is via Caney Creek, approximately 2 miles off the main channel—consult navigation charts and call ahead to confirm channel conditions. Maximum clearance under the bridge is 22 feet. The marina monitors VHF Channel 16. From Fort Loudon Dam, the marina is roughly 30 miles downriver.

**Facilities & Water Conditions:** This full-service marina offers 115 boat slips (most with 30/50 amp service, water, and pump-out facilities), making it suitable for extended stays. Watts Bar Lake is a 39,000-acre TVA-controlled reservoir with stable water levels, stretching 72 miles with 751 miles of scenic shoreline. The Tennessee River here is a major waterway (stream order 9) with an average flow of nearly 70,000 cubic feet per second, so paddlers should be aware of current strength and plan accordingly.
