The Rocks is a newly developed boat access site located on Lake Louis in Catahoula Parish, just east of the Highway 47 bridge over Abbott's Creek. The facility features a convenient gravel parking lot and is designed to accommodate various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. As this site is still under development, plans are in place to add a pier and dedicated kayak launch ramp to improve accessibility for paddlers.
This access point provides a good launching option for exploring Lake Louis. Paddlers and boaters should note that the facility is relatively new and ongoing improvements are being made.
