About This Access Site
Theodosia Marina Resort offers convenient access to Bull Shoals Lake, a sprawling 70-mile long impoundment known for its exceptionally clear water and over 1,000 miles of shoreline. The facility features a full-service marina, boat ramp, and easy shoreline access, making it an ideal launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The lake is popular with anglers, water skiers, swimmers, and scenic explorers, with calm conditions suitable for a range of water activities.

Located on the scenic Theodosia arm of the lake, this long-established marina complex offers comprehensive amenities including lodging (motel and cottages), RV/camping facilities, a restaurant, and marine services. The site sits approximately 24 miles north of Mountain Home, Arkansas, accessible via SR 5 and US 160. While Bull Shoals Reservoir is relatively calm for paddling compared to the natural White River upstream, paddlers should be aware that the lake is also popular with motorboats and jet skis, particularly during peak seasons. The clear water and expansive shoreline make it excellent for day trips or longer excursions exploring the numerous coves and inlets.
