Tobyhanna Lake Boat Ramp provides excellent access to this scenic 170-acre lake located within Tobyhanna State Park in Monroe County, PA. The ramp is very accessible for paddlers launching their own kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards. The facility features a large picnic area with plenty of tables and a clean beach, making it a comfortable destination for a full day of recreation.
For those without their own equipment, kayak and canoe rentals are available seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day (weather permitting), with various boat types offered including rowboats, paddleboards, and electric motor boats. If you're planning an overnight trip, the lake has 60 mooring spaces available under permit from Tobyhanna State Park office. Motorboats must display current registration. The calm, protected waters of the lake make it ideal for recreational paddling and fishing.
