About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Topsy is located on J.C. Boyle Reservoir along the Klamath River near Keno, Oregon, about 20 miles west of Klamath Falls. From Highway 66, turn onto Topsy Road and drive 1.5 miles to the campground. The day-use area features a concrete boat ramp and dock, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats.

**Facilities & Recreation:** The access site includes an accessible fishing pier, restrooms, and day-use parking ($2 fee). While Topsy Campground itself is temporarily closed through winter 2025, the boat ramp and day-use area remain open. The 321-acre J.C. Boyle Reservoir offers relatively calm water ideal for paddling, with 7.5 miles of shoreline to explore. This location is popular for fishing panfish species including bullhead, crappie, and perch. The setting features open Ponderosa Pine forest with views of Mt. McLaughlin in the distance.
