Twin Coves Marina

Twin Coves Marina is a full-service access point on the north shore of Grapevine Lake in Flower Mound, offering a dedicated boat ramp for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters. The facility features a small craft launch ramp along with modern amenities including a fuel dock, pump-out station, and both wet and dry boat storage options. The marina is located within Twin Coves Park, a 243-acre recreation area with additional facilities like cabins and RV slips available for visitors planning extended stays.

Grapevine Lake is a centrally located reservoir in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, providing convenient access for paddlers and boaters near DFW Airport. To reach the ramp from Cross Timbers Road (FM 1187), take Old Settlers Road south to McKamy Road, then proceed west to Simmons Road, north to Wichita Trail, west to Twin Coves Park Road, and south to the boat ramp. This is a non-reservable, day-use access point managed as part of Grapevine Lake's recreation areas, making it a straightforward launching location for paddlers exploring the lake.
