About This Access Site
The Twin Lakes boat ramp in Winthrop provides access to Lower Twin Lake and connects paddlers to Middle Twin Lake via a channel under Highway 100. This is a convenient launching point for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats exploring the Twin Lakes system in Okanogan County. The ramp features a parking area accommodating nine vehicles with boat trailers.

**Important access information:** A parking pass is required for boat trailers at Three Rivers Park District boat launches during the peak season from April 1 through November. Paddlers should plan accordingly and obtain the necessary permits before launching. The site is best suited for calm-water paddling and recreational boating rather than whitewater activities.
