About This Access Site
Located in Marble, Itasca County, the Twin Lakes boat ramp provides access to Lower Twin Lake with a convenient channel under Highway 100 that connects to Middle Twin Lake. The parking area accommodates nine vehicles with boat trailers, making it suitable for small to medium-sized launch parties. Note that a permit is required to park boat trailers at Three Rivers Park District boat launches from April 1 through November.

This access point is ideal for kayakers and canoeists looking to explore the Twin Lakes system. The sheltered channel between the lower and middle lakes offers protected paddling options. Anglers will also appreciate shoreline fishing opportunities accessible from the Twin Lakes Regional Trail. The site's proximity to Mississippi River Headwaters and Pokegema Lake makes it a good base for exploring the broader paddling opportunities in the Itasca County area.
