Upper Eau Claire Lake

Upper Eau Claire Lake is a 1,024-acre lake in Bayfield County near Solon Springs, offering excellent access via a public boat landing. With a maximum depth of 92 feet and notably clear water, this lake is well-suited for kayaking, canoeing, and motorboating. The substantial size and depth provide good conditions for paddlers looking for a full day of exploration.

The lake supports a healthy fishery with Musky, Walleye, Northern Pike, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, and Panfish, making it popular with anglers as well as recreational paddlers.
