Wahweap - 1

Wahweap is a popular boat launch on Lake Powell in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area near Page, Arizona. The ramp is operational when lake elevation exceeds 3,550 feet and accommodates various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The launch is located at the end of Wahweap Boulevard near the Lake Powell Resort Lodge, with ample parking available. Note that this ramp is part of the busy Wahweap District, the park's highest-visitation area; the nearby Stateline Auxiliary Ramp provides an alternative launch option when traffic is heavy.

The Wahweap Campground & RV Park is conveniently located nearby with 112 dry campsites and 90 full hook-up RV sites available. Campground facilities include restrooms, showers, laundry, a store, dump station, and potable water. An AIS inspection station and ranger information are on-site. Before launching, check current lake conditions and ramp status, as water level fluctuations may affect access. The area offers excellent access to Glen Canyon's 1.25+ million acres of recreation opportunities.
