Walker Ramp provides convenient boat access to Cecil M. Harden Lake in the Raccoon State Recreation Area near Rockville, Parke County. This is a reliable launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to explore the 1,300+ acre impoundment. The ramp is located off Walker Ramp Road and serves as the starting point for several scenic paddling and hiking opportunities, including a moderate 1.5-mile shoreline trail that loops around the south shore past historic overlooks, the Payne Cemetery, and multiple scenic vistas.

The lake offers calm water conditions suitable for paddlers of varying skill levels, making it ideal for recreational kayaking and canoeing. The Raccoon State Recreation Area surrounding the lake provides additional amenities and facilities. A day-use fee applies ($5 for in-state vehicles, $7 for out-of-state).
