Watson Lake - North

Watson Lake's North Shore access point is located at 3101 Watson Lake Park Rd in Prescott and offers convenient boat launch facilities for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The ramp provides easy water entry to this popular 55-acre recreation area nestled in the scenic Granite Dells. Free parking is available at the site, making it an accessible starting point for lake paddling.

The surrounding day-use area includes amenities such as picnic tables, grills, drinking water (seasonal, May-October), and restrooms. The lake's calm waters are well-suited for paddling, with opportunities for scenic exploration and wildlife viewing. To reach the ramp from Prescott, head north on Highway 89 for about three miles, then turn right at the traffic circle directly into the park. Multiple campgrounds are located within 10 miles if you're planning an overnight trip.
