Waupeton

The Waupeton access site provides public boat ramp access to the Mississippi River near Sherrill in Dubuque County, Iowa. The moderate gradient (0.8 ft/mile average) and steady current make this suitable for experienced paddlers; beginners should exercise caution and wear proper safety equipment.
