West Medical Lake Access Site #2 is a public boat launch located on the south end of West Medical Lake in Medical Lake, Spokane County, Washington. The 206-acre freshwater lake offers a scenic paddling destination for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters. The access area features a concrete plank boat ramp with a single lane (approximately 10 feet wide) and includes a parking lot with five restrooms available to visitors.
**Important Details:** The access site operates seasonally from the 4th Saturday in April through September 30. There are no hand launch areas or ADA facilities at this location. Please note that private property borders portions of the lake, particularly on the north end—do not trespass on private land. This is a day-use only site with no camping allowed.
