White City Ramp provides access to Hartwell Lake, a large recreational reservoir managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Located at the end of Lakewood Lane (CR 603) west of Anderson in Anderson County, this access point features a single-lane launch with associated parking. The ramp is situated on Salem Creek, which flows into the expansive Hartwell Lake—one of the most popular Corps of Engineers lakes in the nation, offering excellent opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating.
The boat ramp is open year-round for launching, making it a reliable access point regardless of season. However, note that the day-use park operates seasonally from April 1 through September 9 during standard operating hours. For current conditions, specific parking details, or to inquire about facility amenities, contact the Hartwell Lake Office at 888-893-0678. The nearby Lake Hartwell Camping and Cabins facility is located within 10 miles for those planning extended visits to the area.
