White Pond

White Pond in Carmel Hamlet offers a convenient hand boat launch and parking area for kayakers, canoeists, and small boaters. The access point features a cart-top boat ramp suitable for hand-launched vessels, making it ideal for paddlers. Additional amenities include an accessible fishing pier at the earthen dam end of the parking lot, connected by a paved walkway.

Note that while swimming is not officially encouraged, it is common at the site. Parking is available at the White Pond Road parking area near the launch.
