White Sand Lake

**Overview**
White Sand Lake is a 746-acre mesotrophic lake located in Lac du Flambeau, Vilas County, offering public access via a gravel boat ramp. The lake features excellent water clarity and reaches a maximum depth of 71 feet, making it suitable for various water activities including paddling, fishing, and boating.

**What to Expect**
The lake supports a healthy fishery with musky, walleye, northern pike, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and panfish. Paddlers should note that several aquatic invasive species are present, including rusty crayfish and purple loosestrife.
