Whitewater Lake is a 2,351-acre public access site located one mile west of Hoyt Lakes in St. Louis County. The boat ramp is situated at Fisherman's Point within the city campground and features multiple launching ramps with ample parking to accommodate various watercraft. The lake reaches depths of up to 73 feet and has a mostly gravel bottom, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and powerboating.
The access area includes convenient amenities such as a large parking lot and port-a-potties for day-use visitors.
