About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Wildcat Creek Park boat ramp is located off Stevens Road in Ruskin, providing public access to the Little Manatee River. The ramp features a single grooved concrete slab suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. This site serves as the downstream terminus of the Little Manatee River's Designated Paddle Trail, which extends 9 miles upstream from the US 301 bridge.

**Facilities & Amenities:** The park offers a picnic area for pre- or post-paddle relaxation. However, note that there is no loading dock or restroom facilities available at this access point, so plan accordingly. The concrete ramp provides straightforward water access for hand-launching and trailer launching. The site operates from sunrise to sunset.

**Paddling Opportunities:** The Little Manatee River is designated as an Outstanding Florida Waterway and provides scenic paddling through the Tampa Bay area. From this ramp, paddlers can explore the river upstream along the official paddle trail or venture downstream toward the broader Tampa Bay waters. All boats must be properly registered and equipped with required safety equipment before launching.
