**Location & Facilities**
Wilderness Lake in Maple Valley offers a shallow, gravel boat ramp managed by WDFW that is best suited for car-toppers, kayaks, canoes, and inflatable watercraft. The site is located at Lake Wilderness Park on the northwest shore, which provides ample bank access and a full range of amenities including picnic areas, a swim beach with seasonal lifeguards, walking paths, and a concession stand.

**Boating & Recreation**
This lake welcomes non-motorized and electric boats only—internal combustion engines are prohibited. The lake offers a mix of wilderness and semi-developed shoreline, making it suitable for paddling, fishing (rainbow trout and largemouth bass are present), and general recreation. The park also provides access to the Green to Cedar Rivers Trail system, which connects to the Cedar River Trail for extended exploration.
