Willow Beach

Willow Beach offers a full-service boat launch on Lake Mohave along the Colorado River in the scenic Black Canyon corridor. The facility includes a dedicated boat ramp, canoe/kayak launch, dock, and marina with boat rentals available. Located at Willow Beach RV Park, this access point provides excellent amenities including restrooms, fuel (both diesel and unleaded), a restaurant, picnic areas, and a fishing pier. The site is situated approximately 30 minutes from Boulder City and 45 minutes from Las Vegas.

Paddlers and boaters should note that the facility requires a 4-mile drive on a winding road from the highway entrance to reach the marina and launch area. Cell service is limited in this remote location, so plan accordingly. The Colorado River in this section is cold year-round, and note that water skiing is prohibited north of Lake Mohave's opening point (the no-ski zone begins south of the main lake expansion). Willow Beach is an ideal departure point for exploring the scenic Black Canyon and accessing popular stopover areas like Dolly Hill Cove to the north.
