Willow Lake

**Location & Access:**
Located near Deer River in Cass County, MN, the Willow Lake boat ramp provides public access to Willow Lake with a combination pavement and rock launch surface. This undeveloped ramp offers day-use and overnight parking in a lot above the boating site. A single vault toilet is available onsite, though no dock is provided—plan accordingly for launching kayaks, canoes, and other watercraft.

**Boating Restrictions & Recreation:**
Note that **electric motors only** are permitted on Willow Lake, making it ideal for a quieter paddling experience. The lake also features fishing jetties and a pier for shore-based access. If you're fishing, remember the 15-inch minimum size limit for bass. The ramp provides convenient access to Willow Lake and is positioned near the Mississippi River Headwaters area and Pokegema Lake for those exploring the broader regional waterway system.
