Witz Marina and Campground provides developed carry-in boat access to Lake Superior's Huron Bay near Skanee, Michigan, approximately 16 miles northeast of L'Anse. The access point features a short carry distance (less than 50 yards) and parking lot facilities, making it convenient for kayakers and canoeists launching into the bay. The site is clearly marked with signage visible from the road.
