Located on the West Fork Bitterroot River near Conner, this developed boat launch provides convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and non-motorized boaters. The site features a gravel and concrete ramp, parking area, picnic table, benches, and vault toilet facilities. To reach the ramp from Darby, head south on Highway 93 for 4.3 miles, then turn southwest onto West Fork Road and travel 13.4 miles to the site.
The West Fork Bitterroot River offers scenic paddling through the Rocky Mountains and Bitterroot Range. Note that this access point is typically closed by snow during late fall and winter months, so plan your visit for warmer seasons. The site includes two short walking trails in addition to the boat launch facilities, making it a pleasant stop whether you're launching for a day paddle or a longer expedition. Nearby camping options at Warm Springs Campground and Crazy Creek Campground (both within 10 miles) make this a good base for multi-day trips.
