Wye Landing offers convenient public access to the Wye East River in Talbot County, Maryland. The facility features two 30-foot-wide concrete launching lanes, courtesy docks, and portable restrooms to serve paddlers and boaters. With parking for approximately 10 cars and 25 trailer spaces in the paved lot, plus additional roadside parking along Wye Landing Road, the site can accommodate moderate traffic, though the lot fills up early on busy days.

Located at the end of Wye Landing Road in Wye Mills, this ramp provides direct access to the Wye East River and positions paddlers well for exploring the surrounding waterways. The site is situated near the confluence of local water systems and within reasonable proximity to Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge on the Chester River, making it a good launch point for day trips and longer paddles.
