Description
This is one of those almost never run expedition type 7 mile  wilderness creeks that you only hear rumors about.  Apperently it was run back in the 1990s.  The creek takes early season low elevation snowmelt and is steep, continuous, and apperelty at one point had a rapid through a culvert.  That might not still be around after 20+ years of floods and fires. To access a put-in headed east from Toponas along HWY 134, turn right on FR 206 and proceed south into the Rock Creek drainage. Take-out at McCoy on the west side of the Congor Mesa. I'm expecting lots of wood in here. -
