From Route 20 between Westmere and Guilderland take Route 155 South. **Take out** at the second bridge. If you pass the New York Dept. of Health Building you went too far. Return to 20. Turn left to go west. Take the first left after the Guilderland Town Offices onto Frenchs Mill Road. **Put In** at the bridge, or run the drops above.
