Take Hwy 299 West from Redding. To Reach put-in dirve 39 miles past Weaverville, CA to Burnt Ranch Dump Road (on the right). Drive 7.5 miles further west on Hwy 299 to reach Hawkins Bar (dirt road on the right). If you reach Salyer you have gone to far.
