Description

This run flows through Winnebago Mission, Ho Chunk Nation. Your presence on the creek may be disputed. An anonymous report (2008-04-08) provides: _We ran it April 6th, 2008. This is a wooded-up portage-fest. Someone should walk through the 2 miles with a chain-saw! It would be a fun class 2 run. It is navigable - many of the strainers are rotten and easy to remove, and all the portages are easy. However, there are TOO MANY portages (at present) to recommend this trip._ Another anonymous report (2009-03-26) provides: _The wood is everywhere, especially in the drops. If the drops were clear of lumber, they would be pretty interesting -- a different character than those found on the other close-by streams._
