Description
The segement of the Bear River flowing thorugh Evanston has a small set of 'enhanced' rapids for tubers, kayaks, and canoes. Surfing is popular with SUPs and kayaks, 500-1000 being good levels (500-800, or up to 900 suggested as best by some), and down to 300 still being fun. Eddy service is good below 900 with better eddy service below 800.
