Description
This section of the Grand Ronde offers mostly easy cruising on class II, with the Narrows standing out as a fairly big rapid near the end.  The scenery is open canyon grasslands with occassional rock bands. Land ownership is a mix of private, BLM, and state lands, so you'll see fence lines and the occasional gravel road, but the area is uninhabited and has a off-the-beaten-track feel. This run also has a couple wildly fun surf waves, so strap a playboat onto the raft if you like rowdy surfing.
