Description
A calm, turquoise stretch of water loved by salmon and salmon fisherman alike. Nothing more than a Class II rapid here and there. Paired well with a night's stay at Doroshin Cabin on Skilak Lake. Can continue down the lake for more Class I-II paddling to Soldotna. Local contact: Jack Hession, Sierra Club, Anchorage, AK
