Description

Run begins on Vly Creek. The entire run is a consistant Class 2-2+ much of it is near the road, but parts are scenic and go along the old railroad tracks. This run is off route 28 and can be accessed from either the Kingston exit on I-87 or from Oneonta on I-88. The **Takeout** is located at the Route 28 bridge in Arkville. Head East on 28 into Fleischmans. Turn left onto Depot St then right onto Old 28/ Main St. At the Y-intersection go straight/left onto Halcott Road. **Put in** at the end of the road.
