Ohio Gorge

David Wawro shared on 2003-05-28: The top of this section can be scouted from a road off Route 8 that crosses the river just above the gorge. The gorge itself is steep-walled, narrow and long and the rapids are continuous, so it deserves more caution than its Class III rating might suggest. At high water (1500 cfs), it's quite a quick run.
