Description
Short run through small designated wilderness area with beautiful cliffs, small caves and giant boulders within the creek. With a drainage area of ~10 sq. miles, this requires a flash flood event of about 1" or more of rain when there's no leaves on the trees, probably more rain when leaves are out. Have only paddled this at supper low level thus far, but looks promising. One area of concern is a sharp right turn where the water flows under a cliff into a cave where a large trees is jammed at normal water flow. Creek backs up just downstream from redbud parking area due to man made lake.
