Description
Quick Facts: Location: East Central Wisconsin, ~14.4 miles N from Green Bay. Shuttle Length/DriveTIme: 8.3 miles/13 minutes. Character: Generally flat/flowing, with numerous areas of swiftwater and minor rapids. Drainage area at our listed put-in (as calculated via USGS StreamStats Beta software) is approximately 26.2 sq.mi.. By our listed take-out, it has increased to 54.2 square miles (107% increase). Put-in elevation is approximately 735'. Take-out elevation is approximately 610'. Thus total elevation change is approximately 125 '. We have no first-hand awareness nor even second-hand accounts of this run. That said, it appears to have adequate drainage, and modest gradient. Aerial views appear to show numerous areas of apparent shoals and swifts, which should make for generally enjoyable mild whitewater. So ... has anyone paddled (any part of) this section? Help your fellow boaters with a report of what you found! Photos or links to video would be great, too!
