Description
hit this August 6th 2022. 4.5 ft approximately. From the put in to the camp ground is flat water and class 1. Once you get to the RD Bailey camp ground, it picks up a little. Directly after the 2nd camp ground is a fun class 3. We ran it right of center. It empties out into a good pool and there's a beach that gives access to take out and run it again. The next 2 rapids are probably class 2. Then you get into the lake. I've been told that once the lake is drained there is on going class 2 for the next bit. Waiting for fall to find out. I'm from Man, WV. This river isn't as clean as the New or some of the prestigious rivers in our state, however this section seems a lot cleaner than down around Logan county.
