Texas Whitewater. Beta from the book is inaccurate (it lists the put-in as "Spring Branch Road", which doesn't appear to exist, and the status of other put-ins, such as Loeffler Road, is unknown.) The book describes numerous barbed wire fences across the creek. Likely landowner issues, but this is unknown.
