Description
Corner Crux is a technical Class IV rapid characterized by a tight, boulder-choked entrance that requires precise navigation through a series of consecutive drops and powerful hydraulics. Paddlers must carefully thread between two large mid-stream rocks while managing steep gradient and unpredictable lateral waves that can quickly push boats off-line, with the crux move involving a critical right-to-left move to avoid a potentially unrunnable hole at the bottom of the rapid.
