Description

Again the banks narrow and trees encroach. Unlike the prior tree-lined stretch, this 0.4 mile bit of gradient has some twists and turns, meaning vigilance will need be that much more diligent to watch ahead for deadfall and snags. Again, be prepared to have to find a micro-eddy, to quickly but safely exit your boat, to portage where needed.
